Abstract/Summary:
In order to avoid overhaul blackout,ensure normal power supply,improve production efficiency,transmission lines need to carry out live operation.Based on the simulation of live working electric field,this paper mainly studies the method of entering electric field in equipotential method,and solves the problems of hidden danger of safety and heavy labor consumption in the process of entering electric field with equipotential method.It is of theoretical and practical value to ensure the safety and efficiency of live working.This paper systematically reviews the current research situation of live work,and analyzes the shortcomings of existing live work technology.It points out that the key factors restricting the safe and effective operation of live work are the small safety margin of combined clearance,the large physical consumption of operators,and the lack of special fixtures at the tail of insulated hard ladders.The characteristics of transmission line components are analyzed.Combined with ANSYS finite element analysis software,the structural models of tower,insulator string,conductor and fittings of 220 k V transmission line are established.Combined with the requirements of live operation site,the human body model is established to form live operation scene of transmission line including operators.The model is simulated by ANSYS software.The simulation results show that the electric field intensity around the conductor meets the requirements of the regulation.The design of limited operation orbit module for live working is realized,and the engineering application is carried out.It includes the structure design of the live working limit rail cabin,the insulation track structure design of the live working limit rail cabin,the insulation track fixing device design of the live working limit rail cabin,the step analysis of live working,the effect verification and the application analysis.Limit the range of limb movement of equipotential operators in limited space by the limited orbit cabin,avoid the insufficiency of safety distance and combination clearance caused by the excessive range of limb movement,and make the cabin slide into equipotential operation position by the track structure of the limited orbit cabin with live operation,thus saving operation.Personnel physical consumption;track fixed fixture to make the track stable and reliable fixed on the tower,to prevent the inconvenience caused by track shaking and related risks.Through the research and application of the limited track cabin for live operation,the shortcomings of the existing technology are compensated.During the working process,the work efficiency is realized by a qualitative leap.The tool is versatile,simple to operate,easy to install and reliable.It guarantees the safety of equipotential workers in live operation,saves the time of equipment deletion and maintenance,improves the reliability of power supply,and brings remarkable indirect economic and social benefits.The popularization of the research results will help to eliminate the work imbalance and regional differences in live-line operation in provincial companies,improve the quality of Live-line operators,and make up for the lack of training and experience.It is of great significance to promote the healthy and steady development of live work in China,better serve the national economic construction and fulfill social responsibility.
