As a new industry,the development of electric vehicle can not only save a lot of energy for our country,but also make up for the gap between our country and developed countries in traditional automobile technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the formation path of fundamental technology in this industry.This research mainly focuses on how to form the fundamental technology of the electric vehicle industry.Firstly,the life cycle of the fundamental technology of the industry is determined by the analysis of the standard life cycle of the world electric vehicle.Secondly,it analyses how the object network and the subject network of the industrial fundamental technology system change under the environment.Finally,through the co-occurrence of knowledge subject and knowledge object,we can find out the evolution of technology field of a specific organization.Firstly,we defines the life cycle of the world electric vehicle standard by analyzing the industrial standards of China and the US,and then combines the trend chart of the growth rate of fundamental technology to determine the life cycle of industrial fundamental technology,which is divided into three stages: before 2002 is the initial stage of fundamental technology,from 2002 to 2012 is the growth stage of fundamental technology,and from 2012 to now is the primary stage of maturation.The fundamental technology of electric vehicle industry is identified based on the existing research and the fundamental patents containing these fundamental technologies are screened out.Then,the scientific papers cited in the fundamental patent are analyzed through keyword clustering and subject co-occurrence.It is found that materials science,physics and chemistry,electrical engineering and computer science are more closely related to fundamental technology.In these disciplines,battery electrolyte materials and electrochemical research,battery management system and V2 G technology are more important.Finally,the object and main body of industrial fundamental technology are analyzed through network co-occurrence.The technical fields of power plant,energy storage system and battery pack of electric vehicles have been the technical hotspot of the industry.Organizations such as Toyota Motor,Hitachi Group,Nissan Motor and Panasonic Electric Appliances have been the backbone of the industry.In addition,from the beginning of its growth,the industry's fundamental technology focuses on electronic control systems and energy storage systems and battery materials,while Toyota's research and development focus has shifted from power devices,battery packs to secondary batteries,control systems and so on.Subsequently,we puts two suggestions: the government should select a number ofuniversities to establish and cultivate disciplines closely related to fundamental technology,selecting subject leaders,and cultivating scientific research teams with high professional quality.Secondly,we should strengthen the collaborative innovation of industry,University and research.And set up the fundamental technology platform of industry to support the development of electric vehicle industry.
