Plane curve parameters directly or indirectly affect engineering investment,driving safety,passenger comfort,etc.Therefore,it is important to select the plane curve parameters reasonably.With the continuous expansion of city scale and the rapid development of urban rapid rail transit system construction,the requirements for running speed and quality are constantly increasing.The traditional design method of plane curve parameters does not consider the complex dynamic interaction between vehicles and lines.The relevant specifications are mostly based on the engineering operation experience,so they can not be accurately applied to the plane curve parameter design of the 160km/h urban rapid rail.In order to effectively consider the influence of plane curve parameters on the dynamic performance of the vehicleline system,improve the design theory of the urban express line plane curve parameters,guide the route design and construction,promote the development of urban rail transit,a comprehensive research method combining dynamics simulation analysis,theoretical analysis,domestic and foreign experimental research and value comparison analysis is necessary.Based on the multi-body dynamics and the vehicle-line coupling dynamics theiry,considering vehicle performance,geometric characteristics of curve lines and track structure characteristics,this paper establishes CRH6 vehicle model,ballastless track model under ideal condition and wheel-rail contact model by SIMPACK software,and verifies the validity of the model.Under the established vehicle dynamic performance evaluation index system,the dynamic performance of the vehicle-line system is simulated and calculated by using the dynamic method when the vehicle passes through the planar curve with different parameter combinations.The effects of superelevation,unbalanced superelevation,radius of circular curve,superelevation time-variable rate,inadequatesuperelevation time-variable rate and transition curve length on the dynamic performance of vehicle-line system are investigated,and the corresponding relationship model is established.Based on the comprehensive analysis of traditional calculation theory,relevant domestic and foreign experimental research,engineering practice and relevant normative value experience,combined with the results of dynamic simulation analysis,a more perfect design method of plane curve parameters of 160km/h urban rapid rail is proposed.Suggestions are given for setting the allowable value of superelevation,unbalanced superelevation,minimum curve radius,superelevation timevariable rate,inadequatesuperelevation time-variable rate and minimum transition curve length,which provide a more reasonable theoretical basis and data support for the design of plane curve parameters of 160km/h urban rapid rail.
