With the increase of car ownership,on the one hand,parking difficulties have become a common problem faced by majority of driver users,seriously affecting people’s travel experience;one the other hand,parking lots still use traditional way of operation,the degree of information is low、parking lot monitoring is low,parking spaces are not effectively used,there is a bullwhip effect between the parking lot and customer parking.The parking guidance system is an effective means to solve the docking between the supply and demand sides of the parking.It provides the parking induction service to the customer by releasing the parking space information and distance to the customer in real time.However,the traditional parking guidance system is targeted at a single parking lot,and has a single release information and a small coverage area,which cannot integrate the current parking resources and provide better services for customers.This paper analyzes the problems faced by different user roles at present,and designs and develops the owner parking induction cloud service platform based on distributed,mobile internet and SaaS(Software as a Service)multi-tenant technology,through the integration of various parking lots.The system provides the owner with real-time information on the parking lot and parking space near the location,and induces the driver to stop by the outdoor navigation technology to solve the problem of accurate docking between the parking supplier and the buyer.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The status quo of the parking induction service system at home and abroad was analyzed,and the indoor and outdoor positioning technology and path planning techniques used to solve the parking guidance service were reviewed.(2)The problems faced by the current parking guidance service platform are analyzed in detail.The requirements of the parking-induced cloud service platform are analyzed from three aspects: the owner,the parking lot and the parking-induced cloud service platform.(3)The key technologies of the parking-inducing cloud service platform were studied.The real-time parking space information collection/distribution/reservation technology of each parking lot under the cloud service platform,the indoor ultrasonic detection technology of the parking space,the indoor positioning and path planning technology implementation methods were designed.(4)Based on the needs of drivers,parking lot managers and cloud service platform managers,the parking-inducing cloud service platform was designed and developed based on SaaS multi-tenant and mobile internet technology.The platform consists of SaaS operator system,parking system and driver mobile client.Each part of the parking lot corresponds to a tenant of the platform.The tenant’s parking system shares real-time parking space data with the SaaS platform.The driver connects to the SaaS platform through the mobile phone client to obtain the surrounding parking space information according to its own positioning,and plans the induced route to induce the user to park.
