Switch machine is used to change the running direction of train,lock switch and reflect the state of switch.It is the execution mechanism of the switch control system and the key signal equipment of rail transit automation..ZDJ9 switch machine is one of the most widely used switch machines at present.Real-time monitoring and learning and training of ZDJ9 switch machine and its control system are the keys to ensure the safe and efficient operation of rail transit.Virtual reality technology is a computer simulation technology that provides users with visual and auditory experience by creating a three-dimensional virtual world.With the advantages of multi-perception and interactivity,it has been gradually applied in the rail transit industry.At present,in the whole life cycle of signal equipment,there are some problems,such as low readability of two-dimensional drawings of engineering design,two-dimensional monitoring interface is not conducive to fault location,traditional training learning form and unsatisfactory training effect.To solve the problems above,this thesis studied ZDJ9 switch machine,its control system and virtual reality technology,and designed and implemented a virtual simulation technology based on Unity3 D.The work results of this thesis mainly include the following four aspects:(1)Researched the mainstream 3d modeling tools and 3d development engines.3dsMax is selected as the modeling software,which features convenient operation,high modeling accuracy and strong animation production ability.Choosing Unity3 D as the simulation system development platform,it has the characteristics of strong compatibility,strong interactivity,cross-platform and low development difficulty.(2)Demand analysis and overall design of the simulation system.The performance requirements of the simulation system should meet the characteristics of strong real-time performance,fast response,and high compatibility.The simulation system should be capable of 3d visualization of engineering design results,3d reproduction of monitoring data,virtual learning and training,etc.(3)3ds Max is used to create the 3d model of the simulation system.Taking ZDJ9 switch machine and its control system as the research object,the indoor and outdoor signal equipment and the indoor and outdoor circuit involved in the simulation scene are designed.The hierarchical relation model,characteristic constraint information and operational information of signal equipment parts are extracted.According to the extracted information,3ds Max is used to create 3d model of ZDJ9 switch machine and its control equipment,and to create linkage animation of switch.Edge Collapse,Levels of detail and texture mapping technology are used to reduce memory consumption and improve the model fidelity.(4)develop simulation system with Unity3D.Using 3d position geometry transform and collision detection algorithm,man-machine interaction is completed.Protobuf is used tocommunicate with the monitoring system,serialize and encapsulate the monitoring data,deserialize and analyze the monitoring data,so as to realize real-time reproduction of the monitoring data in three-dimensional space.According to the processing principle of shader and the rules of model space to screen space conversion,the effect of highlighting model contour can be realized.Encapsulate basic data of ZDJ9 switch machine,generate XML configuration file,use coroutine to read and parse data and do interpolation value,realize automatic disassembly of ZDJ9 switch machine;Complete the integration of signal monitoring system real-time reproduction,ZDJ9 switch machine structure characteristics,electrical characteristics,action principle and control principle learning,disassembly and assembly and assembly wiring training operation,maintenance and other functions.In this thesis,three-dimensional modeling of ZDJ9 switch machine and control system is completed,mapping of two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional models,and engineering design results are visualized.The data collected by the signal monitoring system is reproduced in real time in 3d space to shorten the time of fault location.The simulation of basic knowledge,practical operation and maintenance instruction of ZDJ9 switch machine provides an efficient,safe,convenient and economical way for training,which has important practical value.
