A certain type of seeker is an important component of the missile.It is used to accurately guide the missile's flight action,so its performance will have an intuitive impact on the operational effectiveness of the entire missile.Therefore,a test console was developed for detailed and overall performance status inspection of the seeker during development,fabrication,and use.The traditional measuring console is large in size,and the field test causes great inconvenience.The portable test console studied in this subject is aimed at some type of seeker for completing all test tasks of the seeker.Based on the detailed analysis of the test requirements of a certain type of seeker,the overall design and test system of the hardware identified in this paper is used for the overall design of the software for the measurement and control station of the head.Hardware design is divided into three areas: circuit,firmware and structural design.For circuit design,the interior of the measuring and controlling table adopts a doublelayer circuit board structure,which is divided into functional board and power supply board,and the power supply plate is designed separately from the function board,which is not only maintainability and substitution are alsoreliable.The power supply plate is powered by the guide head,the measuring and controlling station and the photoelectric conversion board,and the function board is composed of two parts: the function core plate and the function interpolation plate.Functional core board consists of FPGA and embedded CPU module,embedded CPU modules provide a standard computer interface,features equivalent to the industrial computer,FPGA and CPU passed between PCIe bus high-speed interconnection,greatly reduces the size of the measurement and control station;The function board realizes the customization of the additional function and expands the function with the core board through the FMC Interface,which makes the function plate universal.FPGA mainly realizes logic function,anglecalculation,forwarding the required protocol conversion and circuit control,etc.embedded CPU module mainly realizes the test management,calculation and data display,etc.,firmware design,mainly introduces synchronous RS-485 communication,optical fiber communication,current monitoring and pulse counting etc.,on the structure,in order to meet the miniaturization and portability,the measurement and control station adopts an integrated and compact design.In software design,Qt software development platform is used to develop test system software under Win7 operating system.The protocol for communication protocol configuration was adopted,and multi-level and modular design concepts were adopted.The application software is divided into three parts: user login area,manual test area and automatic test area according to requirements;scientific multithread technology is used to realize real-time display of software and stable operation performance.The results of the system intermodulation show that the seeker measurement and control station can complete all the test items of the seeker at present,and meet the testing requirements of the seeker.
