Because of the dual consideration of social and economic benefits,water supply enterprises pursue to provide users with sufficient water volume and pressure uninterruptedly while optimizing dispatch,and to minimize the total production cost of water supply system.With the enlargement of economic scale,the form of combined water supply of multiple pumping stations has emerged in cities,and the water supply system is becoming more and more complex,which makes it difficult for the traditional manual experience dispatching mode to deal with the increasing amount of data.In order to adapt to urban dev elopment and improve the efficiency of optimal dispatching,domestic optimal dispatching of water supply has gone through the development stages of manual dispatching and computer-aided pre-plan dispatching,and now it has entered the research stage of computer real-time dispatching.Many water companies in China have completed the construction of water supply network hydraulic model,and can use the optimal dispatching plan issued by the hydraulic model to guide dispatching.However,in the process of implementation of the plan,the one-time water forecasting for the next 24 hours can not quickly adapt to the real-time change of water consumption,resulting in several manual experience modifications in the process of implementation of the plan,and the pressure fluctuation caused by each dispatching operation will make the actual water consumption of the user change again,making the dispatching plan further deviate from the reality.This also leads to the dispatching plan corresponding to the theoretical energy-saving effect is difficult to reflect in the actual dispatching.In this paper,based on a large number of production history data and domestic and foreign related information,the establishment and application of real-time optimal dispatching system for water supply are studied in depth.The purpose of the study is to build an on-line micro-hydraulic model of Jiangyin City and further establish a real-time dispatching system of Jiangyin City's water supply network.The process of computer water supply dispatching depending on the plan is transformed into real-time optimal dispatching.Then,in practice,combined with the current situation and historical experience of Jiangyin City's water supply system operation and management,the practical optimal dispatching is finally realized,so that the theoretical energy-saving effect is true.It can be continuously applied to daily practice scheduling.According to the above research purposes,this paper mainly completes the following research contents:(1)Using the method of combining cycle factor,moving arithmetic average method and autoregressive model to forecast water volume,and eliminating the influence of false data by eliminating or supplementing outliers of original data.(2)The theoretical methods of modeling and checking on-line micro-hydraulic model are analyzed,and the application practice of Jiangyin water supply network is carried out,and the periodic maintenance mechanism of hydraulic model is established.(3)On the basis of classical optimal dispatching theory,by transforming pressure control point constraints into penalty functions,a practical single-objective evaluation system and genetic algorithm for optimal dispatching of water supply are established,and the penalty function of pressure constraints is further optimized for the problem of pressure imbalance caused by system dispatching.(4)In order to avoid direct optimization and reduce the number of unreasonable switching pumps,the classification of dispatching instructions and priority level are carried out,and a truly reliable and feasible system decision-making process is established.In order to adapt to the current situation of enterprise management,active calculation function,meal time setting function and instruction spli tting function are added to the system,which improves the practicability of the system.At present,the real-time dispatching system of Jiangyin water supply network established in this paper has been successfully applied in production,and has the following effects in practice:(1)energy-saving advantages are obvious,and the water consumption per thousand tons is significantly lower than that of manual experience dispatching by 3.31%;(2)real-time water forecasting can avoid high pressure in the pipeline network ahead of time and reduce the accident rate of the pipeline network;(3)decision-making process is rapid,from data acquisition to the issuance of instructions.The process cycle does not exceed 3 minutes;(4)train new employees to adapt to the water supply dispatching work quickly;(5)make the system and manual operation habits better integrated,and can achieve continuous 24-hour pure system scheme dispatching.Practice has proved that the dispatching system established in this paper is real-time and practical.
