| The water supply network has always been in a crucial position in urban construction.As China’s urbanization process continues to accelerate,the city’s municipal pipe network and other infrastructure are subject to constraints such as roads,buildings,cultural relics,ancient trees,and existing underground pipe networks during reconstruction and expansion,resulting in excavation of construction pipelines.The cost of lying is greatly increased,and the non-excavation repair technology solves the problem.At the same time,the application of the PE pipe “U” type folding lining repair technology(through-tube process)can improve the use value of the pipeline and prolong the service life of the pipeline.Compared with the traditional method,the traffic impact is small,the environmental damage is less,and the construction period is shorter.Short,comprehensive cost and security.A variety of problems that are difficult to construct can be solved,and social and economic benefits are obvious.The technology is very advanced and practical,and is applicable to many situations at the same time.It can be promoted and used in municipal engineering systems,and the future is very broad.This paper combines the example of the northern water-increasing project in Shenyang City to conduct an in-depth study on the application of the insertion tube process in urban water-increasing projects.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of water plants,the selection of process plans for water-increasing projects,comparison and selection of pipeline materials,specific construction methods and processes,and economic benefit analysis were carried out.Through data analysis,it is found that Shenyang water supply has the following problems: the water supply cannot meet the water demand;Pipeline aging is serious,leakage is serious,can not meet the end of the pipe network water supply,water pressure requirements,water supply guarantee rate is low,can not meet the current water supply requirements;The original prestressed concrete water pipeline in the north of shenyang has a complex ground environment and narrow site operation environment,which is not suitable for large-area excavation technology construction.Water quality analysis can not meet the demand for domestic water.Put forward this subject and the solution of increasing water in the north.This paper introduces the origin and background of the water-increasing project in detail,studies and demonstrates the selection of engineering scheme in this paper,as well as the importance and necessity of trenchless repair and transformation technology based on "U" type PE pipeline lining.According to the selection principle of water supply treatment technology and combining with Shenyang water supply project,the "U" type HDPE pipe liner repairtechnology is finally selected as the urban water supply technology.The economic and social benefits of the application of "U" type HDPE pipe liner repair technology in the north Shenyang water supply project were analyzed and studied.Construction machinery and easy installation.Long service life,less maintenance work;Choose trenchless construction method to save cost,short construction period and good social benefit;Solve the problem of Shenyang water supply,improve the technical level of the pipeline,catch up with the developed countries water supply pipeline level,is conducive to environmental protection.Through the research of this subject,it highlights the important role of "U" type folding lining repair technology in this project,which effectively solves the pressure bearing capacity problem of water supply network pipeline,does not damage the environment,has low comprehensive cost and good safety.The construction fund was saved about 9 million yuan. |
