The motion simulator is a kind of necessary equipment which fuse the technologies of optical,mechanical and electromechanical technology.The motion simulator can be divided into two categories of the testing and simulation according to their function in different condition.One is the kind of test equipment,and the other is the kind of simulation equipment.The motion simulator can carry through the data test work to the objects,and base on the test data to optimize the system design and improvement,but also simulate and analysis the movement gesture in the working process to reappear the dynamic characteristic and finally ensure the system overall design accord with the technical requirements.The object of study in this dissertation is micro motion simulator which is designed based on the methodologies like modern optimization design,mechanical structure and finite element analysis and others.The aim is to develop a motion simulator which could simulates the missile warhead target micro-motion in a microwave darkroom measurement environment.And the main research contents include:Firstly,the work is analysis of technique ind icators to design different systems and structures,such as a functional mechanical structure,a drive motor to provide energy to the turntable,a geometer element for real-time measurement,and a control system with integral control,and then finish the whole design work of the program.Secondly,the micro motion simulator adopts the modern mechanical design methods design the rolling shaft system,the pitch shaft system and the yaw axis system of the rotary motion system of the motion simulator to confir m the mechanical structure and to confirm it meet the technical requirements through calculation.design and calculate the level adjustment mechanism and the height adjustment mechanism of micro-motion feature simulator.modeling the micro-motion feature simulator 3D solid model in UG application,which is simplified and imported into ANSYS to analyze the whole frame and key parts in finite element analysis verify their stiffness and strength.Then based on the technique indicators to design the control system and the system design work can be divided into two parts.The first part is hardware design,and the second part is interface software design.Finally,through the analysis of using performance of simulator in the aspects of reliability,maintainability and safety determine the basic conditions of the motion simulator running.
