| With the development of economic globalization,comprehensive budget management has become an indispensable means of management for modern enterprises,automobile manufacturing industry is no exception.The arrival of the era of integration makes the automobile manufacturing enterprises face greater impact.Because of the change of the competitive environment,how to make the enterprises succeed in such a cruel operating environment requires the managers to have advanced management concepts,all-round management system and effective budget management model.The traditional budget management has some limitations.It can not be well combined with the enterprise strategy,which makes the company decision-making ignore the strategic planning and lack of forward-looking.The author consults the relevant information and finds that the use of the Balanced Scorecard tool can make up for this defect,make the budget management and corporate strategy perfect combination.Through literature research and case analysis,this paper studies the comprehensive budget management of D company based on the balanced scorecard.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of comprehensive budget management at home and abroad,and expounds the connotation of comprehensive budget management,including the origin and development of comprehensive budget management,and the functions of comprehensive budget management.At the same time,the paper introduces the related contents of BSC,including the origin,characteristics and design process of BSC,and demonstrates the possibility of combining BSC with automobile manufacturing industry.Next,it briefly introduces the current situation of D’s budget management,and analyzes the existing problems.According to the status quo of D company,the use of Balanced Scorecard for its budget management system construction,including the overall strategy analysis,budget implementation,budget feedback and so on.Finally,it designs guaranteeing measures for the budget management system of D company to ensure that the budget management system is effective.Through the study of budget management based on Balanced Scorecard in D Company,the paper analyzes its defects and problems to be noticed,puts forward solutions and safeguards,and expects to establish a budget management method suitable for automobile manufacturing enterprises. |
