With the rapid development of the Internet and the drive of new technology,various business models have emerged endlessly,which has greatly changed people's lifestyle and consumption habits.At the same time,the rise of young consumers and the Internet economy represented by e-commerce have brought unprecedented impact on the physical stores of department stores,supermarkets,households,finance and other different forms of business,making earth-shaking changes to today's retail environment.Meanwhile,China's economy has entered a transition period of slowing down and governance reform.With the introduction of macro-control and consumption policies,China's automobile market has undergone rational adjustment,the blowout development of the whole industry has also changed.The buyer's market has begun to appear.The 4S stores and distributors,which dominate the traditional automobile market,suffer enormous pressure of survival under such background are in such a big way and various problems began to emerge.The automotive industry needs a overall transformation,which is both a challenge and an opportunity.Some pioneers grasp the opportunities brought by the new retail business model to the automotive industry.At present,many host factories,automotive consulting websites,dealer groups,Internet giants and even some integrated e-commerce companies have joined the ranks of "new retail" business model for layout automobiles.From the point of view of many competitors in the new automobile retail industry,XX Automobile New Retail Company has been working for many years to integrate the advanced global automobile financial service concept with the actual needs of customers,to provide Chinese consumers with a better one-stop shopping experience,which has become the vane of the new automobile retail industry,and also one of the most representative enterprises in the industry.At the same time,the paper also makes a brief analysis of the development status and financing operation of representative enterprises in the industry,such as Youxin Group,Souche,and Chehaoduo.This paper explains how the new retail model of this company constructs a business ecology with consumers as the core,and discusses the problems faced in the process of development,hoping to provide reference ideas and theoretical basis for business transformation for similar innovative enterprises.To begin with,the paper analyses the overall development status of domestic automobile industry in recent years,and the rise of the new retail model concept and its deep impact on the automobile industry under the background of the Internet.It expounds that the whole automobile industry is striving to innovate its business model from manufacturers,traditional 4S dealers and Internet platforms in order to get a place during this great change and introduces the object and purpose of this research.This paper combines theoretical research with case study,combs the relevant theoretical basis and concepts of new retail by sorting out the domestic and foreign research literature on the new retail model,summarizes the main models of new retail,and then concludes the development history and current situation of new retail industry,the situation of core enterprises in the industry,and the future development trend.Meanwhile,the SWOT matrix analysis is used to analyze the strategy of developing new retail in automobile industry.As the case analysis,first of all,the case description is carried out from the basic situation of this company,product system,online and offline channel integration,customer relations and other aspects.Then,the paper analyses the new retail model of the company through Porter's five-force analysis method,finds the specific problems in product structure,online and offline channels,weak links of ecological chain,and explores these problems to put forward three suggestions: product diversification,improving offline experience,and forming a completely closed ecological cycle.Finally,this paper summarizes and boldly predicts the new retail business model of automobile,and prospects the new retail business model of automobile in the aspects of automobile transaction,financial lease,automobile aftermarket and consumption data according to the develo.At present,this Company has achieved some success,but there are still many difficulties on the road of new retail.Faced with enormous market competition pressure,the company has been actively exploring and thinking,which also gives a fresh case to other similar enterprises.This is also the development trend of domestic automobile industry in the future,which deserves more in-depth thinking and research.
