With the development of the automotive lightweight direction,the dosage of the plastic in the car more and more.As a kind of both functional exterior trim,lamp decoration ring has become an important part of automobile personalized design.Polymer materials used in injection molding processing and high temperature environment are prone to small molecule volatiles,for PBT material application in car lamp ring,due to no thermosetting primer on the material and aluminum layer in isolation,so the material of the small molecule will move directly to the aluminum layer,the surface gloss of the aluminum layer down,hair spray,or colorful.Thus,volatilize quantity control of small molecules for material application in car lighting circle is particularly important.This paper focuses on antioxidants,nucleating agent for PBT,small molecule volatile performance research,The main research content is as follows:Screening for PBT raw materials and different antioxidant PBT composite system performance research:Using high temperature machine,using the method of gloss and weight method to evaluate four kinds of PBT,raw materials,found that PBT GX122 J minimum value of the haze,the volatile matter,at least so choose PBT GX122 J raw materials for subsequent experiments.Glass fiber reinforced PBT system,by adding antioxidant system and without the initial performance of the antioxidant system were small;Long hot oxygen aging and yellowing resistance test data show that hindered phenol antioxidant 1790 and antioxidant-412-s to match the performance of the best.The addition of antioxidant,heat distortion temperature has no effect for the system,but can improve material thermal decomposition performance and atomization performance significantly.Hindered phenol antioxidant 1790 and antioxidant-412-s collocation effect of atomizing light transmittance(65% light transmittance),best than adding antioxidant system nearly 20 points.GC-MS data show that the thermal decomposition of PBT,antioxidant system main product for PBT in the decomposition products of double screw extrusion machining process,to end carboxyl and hydroxyl.The study of different nucleating agent PBT performance:Through DSC data analysis shows that the use of nucleating agent can enhance the crystallization properties of PBT material,Add 0.3 ultrafine talcum powder system,crystallization rate and crystallinity is most obvious,shows that under the same proportion of ultrafine talcum powder for the crystallization of PBT,performance is better than that of long carbon chain carboxylic acid salt nucleating agent;Too much the addition of ultrafine talcum powder,not only improve system crystallization rate and crystallinity,but also causes decline of crystallization properties.By TGA analysis shows that the use of nucleating agent can reduce the small molecule volatiles of PBT material,add in 0.3% of the amount of the effect of ultrafine talcum powder is best,adding 0.3% similar to the effect of the carboxylic acid sodium salt and calcium salt;Add 1% of ultrafine talcum powder of small molecule volatiles most,excessive add ultrafine talcum powder,can lead to small molecule volatiles increasing.Atomization test results show that the addition of nucleating agent,can improve the light transmittance of compound system,which in 0.3% of the amount of the ultrafine talcum powder machine system of PBT,light transmittance to keep the best effect,light transmittance was 79%,and not a machine of PBT,data are basically identical.PBT,in the case of not adding nucleating agent,after a double screw extruder,due to the degradation of light transmittance has fallen sharply from 80% to 80%.GC-MS data indicate that PBT,spray deposition main ingredients for its degradation products,excess of ultrafine talc powder to join(1%),in the case of heat will cause the volatile from the material.For different nucleating agent PBT,non-isothermal crystallization kinetics study:With the remark,Jeziorny,Mo three methods of non isothermal crystallization kinetics of PBT were studied with different nucleating agent of PBT composite system.These methods have their advantages and disadvantages,but judging from the result does not conflict.Combination of the above research results,it is not difficult to found that adding nucleating agent of PBT samples than pure samples without adding nucleating agent on the crystallization rate was obviously improved,but also for different systems,superfine HTPUltra5 L for PBT is most obvious,and the improvement of the performance of the crystallization is better than NAV101 and TR030 H.But from HTPUltra5 L content from 0.3% to 1% proportion to add data,add 0.3%,its effect is good and other content.
