At present,the design of distributed photovoltaic system is changing from extensive to refined,and mainstream design software has many shortcomings in optimization design.According to the problems encountered in practical work,this paper studies the software of optimized design from two aspects of system design.The method and the key issues encountered in it are discussed in detail.This paper first studies the development and status quo of distributed photovoltaic industry at home and abroad,analyzes the characteristics of distributed photovoltaic system and status quo of the optimization design of distributed photovoltaic system.It then studies the roof photovoltaic installation estimation software,the main content includes the establishment of database,the obtainment of the roof and area where photovoltaics need to be installed based on Digital image processing technology,and the estimation of the PV installation according to the available area factor of the roof photovoltaic.The important part is to study the method of determining the growth threshold and give the method of dividing the roof obstruction.It also researches selection and location software of the PV inverter,mainly uses the clustering algorithm and inverter over-provision requirements to determine the inverter model,uses accurate center of gravity method and cable with less copper to determine the inverter position.The important part is to give the method of converting the DXF file of photovoltaic string layout to the M file,and the method for determining the output position of the PV array cables.The paper apples the above software research methods to the actual engineering case for testing.The test results show that the difference between the estimated result of the roof photovoltaic installation estimation software and the actual photovoltaic installation is 1.6%,and the estimation result is more accurate;the selected inverter with the over-matching factor of about 1.1 from the inverter selection software is more reasonable than the over-matching factor of 1.0 selected by the conventional method;the selected location of the inverter location software is 53.2% less than the cable copper consumed by the conventional method.This paper mainly proposes a software method for estimating the photovoltaic installation amount of the roof and a software method for selecting and selecting the PV inverter to optimize the design of distributed photovoltaic system.Through the use of software,a more reasonable design can be obtained,thereby improving design efficiency and economic efficiency of the photovoltaic system.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by tests.
