In recent years,the popularity of household cars continues to rise.The automotive remote control is already the standard configuration of household car.The performance of the remote control directly affects the user experience.Most of the existing automotive remote control are facing many problems,mainly due to lack of performance of the remote control,which makes it impossible to control the vehicle through the remote control.The traditional methods for solving this problem are mostly too complicated and require a lot of manual calculation.These methods not only difficult operation but also ineffective.This paper using DOE(design of experiment)technology,through in-depth study,through a lot of theoretical calculations and practical verification,a new method to optimize the performance of the automotive remote control is proposed.According to the performance of remote control,this paper proposes a two-stage experimental optimization method using DOE theory.By using this method,the parameters of the remote control are optimized and the remote control performance index is optimized.This paper first analyzes the three performance indicators that affect the performance of the car remote control and summarizes the four key factors that affect the performance indicators.The first phase of the method: using the classical DOE method to optimize the experiment with the existing four levels of influencing factors,improving three performance indicators and adjusting the parameter level;The second phase of the method: According to the polynomial response surface model,a fitting model of the remote controller is established,and the parameters of the remote controller are further optimized through the model so as to obtain the optimal parameters so as to optimize the performance indicators of the remote controller;Finally,the actual product testing to verify the car remote control performance has been optimized.The two-stage system optimization method proposed in this paper has universal application value in product design and quality improvement and has a positive effect on product performance improvement.
