Data acquisition is the basis of signal measurement and data processing. The correction of data acquisition process ensured the accuracy of measurement and control. In this paper,a set of data acquisition system for high speed sampling and power frequency signal measurement is designed based on iCore2 board.Based on iCore2 dual core(FPGA/STM32)board,according to the requirements of the measurement system, the design of high-speed AD9226 sampling control is implemented,as well as the single channel ADC141S626 sampling control.By using state machine, the direct reading and writing of off-chip SRAM is achieved in FPGA,with the help of FSMC(Flexible Static Memory Controller)in STM32,the indirect control of the SRAM is realized through STM32.In this way,the sampling data can be stored and transmitted inside the iCore2.The trigger design of AD9226 is the key to the measurement system.Through the on-chip FIFO memory and related read and write control, the edge trigger function of AD9226 is realized, and the trigger level and trigger position are programmable. The realization of dual AD9226 parallel frequency multiplication sampling function provides a new design method for us.The realization of synchronous sampling and asynchronous memory function of most 12 single channel ADC141 is the basis of the measurement of power frequency synchronous signal. The function of the whole program is verified by testing at last. The high speed acquisition function based on AD9226 will be used to record the waveform of lightning impulse. The function of power frequency signal synchronous measurement based on ADC141 will play a role in the integrated testing system of transformer.
