In recent years,the car demand and ownership of China have shown a double-digit growth rate,making China the world’s largest automobile consumer market.At the same time,the automotive industry is a complex system that requires multiple layers of suppliers,with complex supply chains and numerous middlemen.Currently there are still many problems in the rapid development of the auto parts industry.Once quality problems occur,it is necessary to trace the source of the problem step by step.Through this traceability management,we can trace back to the real problem points and responsible persons to ensure that the problem is truly solved and the interests of all parties are safeguarded.This traceability mechanism ensures that each level of manufacturer can produce products of acceptable quality.Therefore,traceability management in the process of auto parts management has become particularly important.In this article,the research on automobile parts management mode based on RFID traceability has important theoretical and practical meaning.First of all,the article mainly focuses on producers and analyzes the needs and business processes of manufacturers,distributors and consumers in the process of traceability management.Secondly,according to the complexity of vehicle parts management,traceability,life cycle,dynamics and other requirements,the application of RFID technology in the field of traceability management of automotive parts is proposed.Then,a three-layer(manufacturer,distributor,consumer)traceability management model based on RFID was proposed.The application of RFID technology in the traceability management system of auto parts was studied,and the auto parts were continuously optimized during production and circulation.The process of quality management.Finally,according to the RFID-based three-layer traceability management model(manufacturer,distributor,consumer),the N car partsmanufacturer’s gearbox manufacturing is taken as an example to design a manufacturer-based traceability management system based on RFID technology.The various functional structures,management processes,and traceability mechanisms of the traceability management system are elaborated in detail,which can effectively help managers monitor product status in real time and realize traceability of production management.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide practical guidance for the production and management of auto parts companies,and promote the production management level of auto parts enterprises.
