Research On Data Information Collaborative Management On Intelligent Site Construction

Even though China is still a big construction country at present,the construction industry is still a traditional industry.The problems such as extensive production management,low production efficiency,low quality of construction workers and backward management means such as on-site personnel,machinery and materials have long restricted the development of the industry.The problems of high consumption,high risk,high investment and low income in the construction industry are becoming more and more prominent in the process of urbanization in China.An important research topic in front of the construction industry is how to strengthen the safety management and progress management of the construction site on the premise of ensuring the quality of the project.In this context,along with the continuous development of technology,information technology,mobile Internet technology,Internet of Things technology,BIM technology,intelligent wear and tools in the field of engineering,a concept of intelligent site construction based on information management of the whole life cycle of engineering construction emerged as the times require.In the process of intelligent site construction,information technology has been widely popularized and applied,the amount of data information collection,transmission and storage of the project is too large,and the difficulty of data information management is increasing.It is necessary to establish a data information management mechanism and collaborative management system adapted to intelligent site construction,so as to realize the value-added of deep data mining,information sharing,knowledge transmission and management of the project.Based on the project of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center,this paper carries out the research of data and information collaborative management around the project's wisdom construction.Firstly,based on the questionnaire survey,the demand of data and Information Collaborative Management in the construction of intelligent construction site is analyzed.This paper analyses the existing problems and causes of data information management in the construction of intelligent construction sites from the aspects of data information management content and current situation,and puts forward the idea of data information collaborative management.Then,the quality,safety,schedule,cost management process and the acquisition,transmission and application of data information in intelligent site construction are combined to develop a data information collaborative management mechanism based on goalmanagement,which is prepared for the construction of a collaborative management system.Then,based on the management mechanism,this paper elaborates the construction of data information collaborative management system for intelligent construction site from five aspects: the determination of contract and norms,the establishment of target management system,the establishment of project data information management center and data information integration management platform.Finally,the feasibility of the application of collaborative management mechanism,collaborative management system and integrated management platform is verified through the practice of data and Information Collaborative Management in the construction of intelligent site in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center.
