| In recent years,due to rapid economic development in country caused apparent increase and demand of residential area,consequently the percentage of hardscape area rise and the surface infiltration ability relevantly decrease,which caused the severe rain flood management issue.Although many residential areas using the Low Impact Development theory as a new idea,simultaneously,exploitation of the traditional rain flood management system,non-reasonable selection of LID facility,imperfection of combination type and inappropriate integration with the environment are problems that prevail presently.As weather of heavy rain come across,the insufficient capacity of rainwater collection and infiltration lead to serious environmental problems,such as ponding and waterlog.In view of stated problems above,the memory conducts an optimization research on the combined system of LID facility integration in residential areas,aiming to improve the rainwater management ability of LID facility combination,which has important theoretical significance and social practical value for solving the environmental problems of waterlog disasters of residential areas in China.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present conditions of LID facility integrated into development of Guangzhou,with this summarizes the control effect of LID facility combination and the LID technical types of rain flood management in residential areas.Then,the storm water management model was used to simulate the change of runoff of LID facility combination,the efficiency of emission reduction and cost efficiency were taken as the criteria for the evaluation of LID facility combination,to establish a comprehensive efficiency evaluation system of LID facility combination.Finally,three projects of Guangzhou residential LID facility have been investigated,in ‘Fuli tangning’,‘Lingnan yuan’ and Jinshang penglai district,to evaluate the comprehensive effectiveness of the LID facility combination.The survey results demonstrates that the total LID facilities ‘runoff control rate of these three Guangzhou residential areas are generally lower than 60%.The difficulty in the management and maintenance of some residential areas after LID facility combination completion leadto high management and maintenance costs.It is found from the survey that the current situation of residential LID facility combination in China has a low level of rain flood management,and there are many imperfections in the management and maintenance,which need to be further optimized and designed for improvement.On the basis of LID theory,we analyze the optimization method of LID facility.combination.Mainly in sorting and measures of LID control effect,also the different types of it.The single LID measures can be divided into five combination methods:penetration type,storage type,purification type,regulation type and transmission type.The multiple LID measures are mainly divided into three combination methods:unidirectional type,multidirectional type and complex type.LID combination methods and effectiveness evaluation system studied are applied to the case of Lingnan yuan residential area in Guangzhou to substantiate this research results.This study observes LID facility combination through advanced concepts and practical experience abroad,and summarizes the current development problems of LID measure combination in Guangzhou residential area.It developed residential LID facility combination methods and established the cost reduction and comprehensive effectiveness evaluation system,enrich the optimization research results of residential LID facility.The results not only can better integrate LID facility with the environment when applied,but also improve the rain flood management ability of LID facility in China. |
