With the continuous exploration of marine resources by human beings,the technology related to marine development has also made certain breakthroughs.Various types of underwater vehicles have been produced and developed.The recycling technology of unmanned underwater vehicles is its The key technology of safe and continuous operation,in view of the complicated structure of underwater unmanned underwater vehicles,the low success rate of docking,the poor adaptability of environment and the high cost,this paper combines the automatic recycling of a certain type of unmanned underwater vehicle.The system's work task has developed an automatic recycling system for unmanned underwater vehicles.The system consists of a recovery winch assembly,a recovery frame,a buffer and damping mechanism,a trap assembly,a docking interface assembly,and a simulation prototype.Firstly,according to the technical indicators and functional requirements of the system,the functional structure,drive system and control scheme of the automatic recovery device for unmanned underwater vehicles are determined,and the influence of the wave load on the simulated prototype water is calculated by finite element analysis.Then modular design of its key components,including recovery winch drum,automatic cable routing mechanism,tensioning device,clamping mechanism,bearing mechanism.The control system is then designed to include control of the recovery winch motor,tensioner control motor,clamping mechanism,and load bearing mechanism.Finally,combined with the automatic recovery device of the simulation prototype,the whole system designed is tested and verified.From the functional module test to the hydrostatic test to the offshore test,the test results confirm the feasibility of the automatic recovery system for such unmanned underwater vehicles.And the system has the characteristics of simple structure,high flexibility,strong applicability and easy operation.
