With the continuous improvement of LED chip light efficiency,LED lighting applications has been applied in more and more fields.The LED array illumination has been widely used,such as LED display,LED indoor and outdoor lighting,LED agricultural lighting and health lighting,etc.Solar lighting is more in line with human survival needs.LED has a good development prospect as an emerging lighting fixture.It has become a hot research direction and development trend to use LED to fit solar spectrum.However,the single LED has a low luminous power and cannot be used as a separate lighting fixture.Therefore we need more LEDs properly arranged to achieve the actual lighting requirements.In addition,in some lighting situations,the illumination surface needs to reach a certain illumination and irradiation uniformity,so it is necessary to explore the luminous characteristics of different LED arrays?central illumination,maximum illumination,effective spot radius,divergence Angle,and irradiation uniformity?.In this paper,we have studied the natural spectrum fitting lamps in LED health lighting.The AM1.5 solar spectrum and CIE-D65 standard light source are used as the target spectrum.The fitting calculation was carried out by effective set algorithm,and the fitting optimization experiment was carried out,providing a new idea for the development of LED solar spectral lamps.Furthermore,we have studied the illuminating characteristics of common circular LED arrays,square LED arrays and composite LED bulb arrays.Using MATLAB to align the center illumination of the array,the effective spot radius R,and the divergence angle.The function is fitted with the half angle?1/2 of the illuminating light to make up for the deficiency of the numerical calculation method.At the same time,we use Taguchi method to analyze the maximum illuminance and uniformity of the illumination of the LED array on the receiving surface of the cylinder.The influence degree of each factor on the luminescence characteristics is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the machine vision detection system.Finally,according to the basis of LED array,the LED road lighting in the project is studied,and the appropriate lamps are selected for arrangement.The orthogonal experiments are carried out to obtain the optimal horizontal combination of each lighting evaluation index.Analyze the extent to which various factors affect lighting indicators.The optimization analysis of road lighting provides a good research method for road lighting in practical engineering.
