The wind driven two-way ejector is a device that converts wind energy directly into mechanical energy.Combining the actual conditions of enterprise production,according to the enterprise product upgrade and R&D requirements,the engineering practical application is the background,the wind energy is the driving force,and the mechanical transmission innovation is the research and development direction.It mainly studies the design of the driving device,the design of the two-way ejection mechanism,the numerical simulation of the whole impeller,the processing verification and the whole machine debugging and other aspects.Through the research of traditional drive mechanism and the planning of the overall impeller NC machining process,a two-way ejector device that directly uses wind energy to work is finally designed and manufactured.The main research contents are:1 The design of the wind driven two-way ejector device was studied.Through the analysis of the characteristics of common transmission systems,combined with the design of traditional driving devices and the design of innovative devices,a reasonable mechanical transmission mode is determined.2 The numerical modeling and simulation processing of the overall impeller are studied.The shape of the overall impeller is relatively complicated,and the distortion of the blade is large,which is prone to processing interference.Therefore,the difficulty in processing is the flow path,the coarseness of the blade,and the finishing.Through the analysis and planning of the whole impeller machining process,the overall impeller modeling,tool roughing trajectory planning,interference detection processing and program editing are completed based on MarsterCAM software.3 The FANUC KV650E/1 four-axis CNC milling machine system based on VERICUT simulation software is studied.The virtual impeller is simulated by the simulation module.According to the optimized machining path and cutting parameters,processing verification is finally carried out on the actual machine tool.4 Through the installation and commissioning of the whole machine,the expected basic effects of the device are realized,and the feasibility of the scheme is directly verified.
