Bearing is the key rotating support component of flywheel.Human exploration of space is inseparable from the cooperation of spacecraft.Regardless of the size,function and role of the spacecraft,are inseparable from rotating parts such as reaction flywheel,control torque gyro,etc.The failure of the flywheel may lead to the failure of the satellite system or even the failure of the mission.Most of the problems faced by the satellite rotating parts in the later stage are skidding and friction problems,or more accurately,the skidding and friction of the bearing,which seriously affects the control accuracy of the system.It can be said that flywheel bearing is the key component of spacecraft to long life,high precision and high reliability.Angular contact ball bearings are commonly used for flywheel bearings due to their high accuracy,low friction and good bearing performance.In the running process of the bearing,the cage is driven by the steel ball and rotates.The sliding of the cage and the steel ball will cause the unstable running of the bearing,which will increase the vibration noise,the friction and heat,and even the bearing wear and loss of rotating precision.Bearing slip is related to the speed,ball and cage force,temperature,lubrication and cage materials,geometric size and so on.At present,the skidding of flywheel bearing has become an important factor limiting the development of flywheel to high precision,long life and high reliability.Therefore,the dynamic simulation of flywheel bearing is carried out to find out the rule characteristics of bearing skidding,so as to provide an effective basis for the design and application of flywheel bearing to effectively reduce skidding.Taking B7004 C angular contact ball bearing for flywheel as an example,the dynamic equation of bearing skidding is established.In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the cage,the dynamic model of flexible body of bearing steel ball and cage is established by RecurDyn software,the force situation of cage pocket hole and cage guiding surface corresponding to different slippage is analyzed,and the force situation of cage during skidding was also explored.Then the rigid body dynamic model of angular contact ball bearing skidding is established.The factors such as the speed,axial preload,flywheel load were calculated and analyzed,The factors',acceleration and speed change cross zero,influencing on skidding were simulated.Then,the rules of sliding under different working conditions aresummarized.Finally,the sliding rate of the cage under different working conditions is analyzed through experiments,which verifies the rationality of the dynamic model,as well as the correctness and reliability of the simulation data.Through the research in this article,the parameters affecting the sliding of flywheel angular contact ball bearing are obtained,and the main reasons for the sliding of bearing under different working conditions are summarized,which provided the theoretical support for the application and optimization design of bearing.
