The ocean covers more than 70% of the earth's surfaces and is rich in resources.Effective and appropriate development and utilization of marine resources and development and improvement of marine economy play a very important role in the sustainable development of China's economy.At present,every country is actively developing environmental monitoring technology.But at the same time of economic benefits brought by the exploitation of marine resources,attention should also be paid to the ecological environment problems,so the marine environmental monitoring technology came into being at the historic moment.In other words,the strength of marine environmental monitoring technology has an important impact on the utilization of marine environmental resources.Marine environmental monitoring has an important significance for marine environmental protection.The research work and results of this paper are as follows:According to the application of monitoring USV in the marine environment,a cruise-type marine environment monitoring USV in marine environmental water was designed.The first-order fuzzy evaluation method was utilized to analyze the selection of USV,and the composite SWASH-USV was selected.The design of the main hull and the "V" type hydrofoil is mounted on the pillar.Through preliminary demonstration and statistical data analysis,the main scale parameters of the composite SWASH-USV were determined,the design and installation of the hydrofoil,the total layout design and the weight center of gravity calculation were completed,and the propulsion system and the propulsion system were completed.The design and installation of the control system were followed by the production of an intermediate test boat.Taking the track deviation and heading deviation as input variables,the rudder angle and the motor speed as the output variables,the fuzzy control rules for autonomous navigation of the USV are established.Through the autonomous navigation test and ship model test,a detailed fuzzy control execution table is obtained,which provides a scheme for the realization of the intelligent control system of the USV.Secondly,the monitoring and functional system for monitoring USV is developed and constructed: the USV has functional sensors for detecting marine environmental indicators.Through the movement of USV,hydrological information can be monitored at any position in the water;at the same time,the water quality is measured by radio stations.The parameters are transmitted to the monitoring terminal for real time storage and display,and equipped with a graphical user interface developed and developed based on the Visual Studio software platform,which can view the current water quality parameters in real-time.Finally,the USV is subjected to hull watertight test,buoyancy test,rapid test,maneuverability test and static water pitch test.Verification of the reliability of USV performance.The autonomous navigation test and the comprehensive water monitoring function test based on the wireless network were made to verify the excellent seakeeping of the USV and the reliability of the intelligent control system and the monitoring function system.
