In recent years,with the continuous popularization of automation technology and intelligent technology,the construction of ships by applying automation technology and intelligent technology has become the theme of current shipyard development.In the shipyard,the welding work accounts for about 40%of the entire construction process of the ship.At present,the welding work of the shipyards in China is mainly carried out by hand welding,and in some shipyards,the robots can be welded in some sections.At present,the application of robotic welding in shipyards is mainly carried out in the welding of hull welds,and the welding of hull marks is almost unattended.Therefore,this paper proposes a method of welding the mark words by applying robot offline programming.This paper introduces the current background of intelligent shipbuilding and the current status of offline programming of robots.Firstly,the current hull markings are classified.By applying the KUKA robot's own program,the XYZ4 point method and the ABC world coordinate system method are used to complete the calibration of the robot torch coordinate origin and the determination of the torch attitude posture.The method completes the determination of the origin of the workpiece coordinate system.Then the construction of the hull marker word model is completed by applying AutoCAD.After the marker word model is completely built,the hull marker word model graphics library is established.Through the SolidWorks,the robot shaft model construction and the robot welding environment were built.In the offline simulation software RobotOLP,an off-line programming program is generated by trajectory optimization of the marker word model,as well as marker word coordinates,each welding axis speed,and marker word welding parameters.The test steel used in this project is A-class marine steel,the protective gas is 80%Ar+20%CO2,and the JQ.MG70S-6 solid carbon steel welding wire with a wire diameter of1.2mm.The welding parameters were a welding voltage of 16.2V,a welding current of 113A,and a wire feed speed of 5m/min.The mark word welding test by applying the robot shows:?1?Improve welding quality and efficiencyThe robot is relatively stable during the welding process,and is not affected by welding fatigue and weather factors during the welding process.Therefore,it is less affected by external conditions,thus effectively ensuring the stability of the welding quality.By applying the robot to the mark word welding,the welding speed is 56 times artificial,and the welding track is beautiful,reducing the rework and other processes,greatly saving working time and improving work efficiency.?2?Accurate positioning of marker coordinatesWhen the manual welding of the mark word is applied,the welding position of the mark word is relatively rough,which makes the welding position inaccurate.By applying off-line programming for marker word soldering,the position of the marker word can be accurately determined by model construction,thus ensuring the accuracy of the welding position.?3?Improve the working environmentIn the shipyard,due to the poor welding conditions,the welding personnel may be damaged during the welding process,and the welding work under severe conditions can be completed by replacing the manual welding with a robot.This can greatly reduce the work intensity of the welding personnel,and the health of the welding personnel is also guaranteed.
