| With the constant attention to safety and environmental protection,more and more attention has been paid to the vibration and noise problems of ship cabins at home and abroad.The semi-submersible drilling platform is a large-scale marine oil and gas equipment with complex structure and high cost.The vibration and noise situation should be paid enough attention.The new IMO(International Maritime Organization)specification requires that the noise value of most cabins in the living area of the platform be reduced by 5 dB on the original basis,which poses a greater challenge to the acoustic design of the platform.In this paper,the natural frequency characteristics of the sub-deck drilling platform living area are studied,and the natural frequency characteristics of the local structural vibration of the deck layer are studied.The design scheme is provided for the overall layout of the cabin through the improvement scheme.The noise values of different cabin layouts under the same excitation are calculated,the noise distribution law is analyzed,and the sound insulation quantity of different armor materials suitable for the platform cabin is studied.The noise control method and optimization scheme of the platform living area are proposed.The overall design of the platform provides a powerful reference.Firstly,this paper discusses the natural frequency characteristics of the local structural vibration of the target deck,studies the natural frequency characteristics of the different types of plates,plates and plates in the deck,and compares the settings of the pillars and bulkheads in the typical area,and proves the pillars.It is more reasonable to improve the natural frequency of the overall structure and provide a design basis for the overall layout of the target deck compartment.Secondly,the cabin layout is preliminarily planned by combining the results of vibration calculation with the cabin design requirements.Based on the statistical energy method,the cabin noise distribution is calculated,and the effects of structural noise and air noise are compared.Appropriate optimization and adjustment of the cabin layout,making the compartment division and distribution more reasonable,both practical and normative.For individual over-standard cabins,the material characteristics of different armor materials are discussed.Based on professional noise analysis software VA One,simulates the sound absorption and sound insulation effects of different armor materials,compares the sound insulation performance of various forms of composite panels,and proposes a cabin noise control optimization scheme.Finally,for the characteristics of modular living compartments,the installation and connection methods of cabins are summarized,and the layout and installation process of the rooms are discussed to provide reference for on-site construction.According to the current research trend of cabin acoustic design,combined with the sound quality of automobiles.Based on the research basis of building sound quality,the sound quality research method applicable to the living quarters of the platform is proposed to provide new ideas for future ship design. |
