The plunger pump is a power component in the hydraulic transmission mechanism,which is characterized by high pressure and high volumetric efficiency,and is widely used in construction machinery and mining machinery.Our country promotes the strategy of manufacturing a strong country and advocates Industry 4.0.The meaning of Industry 4.0 includes two aspects of digital design and intelligent manufacturing.However,most of the understanding of Industry 4.0 is at the level of intelligent manufacturing,so domestic hydraulic components in recent years.The manufacturing enterprises have invested a lot of financial and material resources to carry out intelligent production transformation.In response to this situation,it is particularly important to develop a practical digital design software for the core components of plunger pumps.This topic is derived from the key research and development plan of Shandong Province,“Research on Digital Design System for High-end Axial Piston Pumps for Construction Machinery”.Because the SolidWorks software is simple in operation and full-featured in the mechanical design section,and has a large number of applications,it is decided to develop a VBA-based parametric disc-type axial piston pump key component parametric design software based on SolidWorks2016.This paper mainly proposes the secondary development principle based on SolidWorks environment based on VBA’s form function and macro recording function.(1)Defining the research goal: to develop a parametric design software for the core components of the swash plate type axial piston pump,that is,the parameterization of the distribution plate,the cylinder block,the plunger,the sliding shoe,the transmission shaft and its assembly.Design.(2)Design software form: The software has 1 main form,6 first-level sub-forms and several second-level sub-forms.The main form can choose which part to create,and the sub-form is a distribution plate and a cylinder.The specific creation of the body,plunger,shoe,drive shaft and its assembly.(3)Design procedure flow: The digital design of the core components is created by using the size drive technology and the database technology,that is,input the required size parameters in the form of a text box or an Excel table,and then link the SolidWorks built-in functions to complete the creation of the three-dimensional model.Finally,use the created 3D model to link the SolidWorks built-in functions to build the assembly.(4)Test analysis case: After the software is completed,the engineering practice analysis is carried out.First,all the components are designed,and then assembled to the plunger pump for experiment.Finally,the experimental results are fed back to the software,and the program is modified according to the feedback result.The software uses the size drive technology and database technology to complete the parametric design of the key components of the swashplate axial piston pump,improving the product’s independent design capability and research and development efficiency,especially for new products and customized products.Good practical significance.The software interface is pleasant,easy to operate,according to user trials,to meet the design requirements.
