| The Houxi depot of Rail Transit Line 4 has a wide area,a large flow and a large number of equipments on the surface.Strict requirements are placed on the bearing capacity and settlement of the foundation.The geological survey report of the project shows that there is a large amount of silt in the upper layer of soil outside the ballast bed area.The bearing capacity of the natural foundation does not meet the requirements,and foundation reinforcement measures must be taken.For the comparison and selection of the ground treatment scheme for the gravel bed area outside the curb,the dynamic ramification displacement was finalized as the final Construction plan.The theoretical calculation of the construction parameters of the dynamic compaction replacement and the settlement calculation of the foundation settlement ensure that the post-construction settlement meets the deformation requirements and construction requirements.Before the construction of the dynamic compaction,a field test is conducted to determine the actual number of shots.The arrangement of the points of the strong points is arranged according to the scene.Through the plate load test,the construction parameters of the replacement pier are obtained.During construction,it is tested and controlled for quality and duration.After the completion of the construction,the foundation reinforcement effect is tested by the plate load test and the cone penetration test.Test results show that the compressive modulus of the foundation soil after the construction with strong compaction is moderate,and the bearing capacity of the foundation soil meets the design and construction requirements. |
