Due to the high construction standards,complex building functions and energy supply systems,and high indoor comfort requirements,the building energy consumption of the library buildings remains high.Therefore,passive energy conservation is imperative.The traditional two-dimensional passive energy-saving analysis method is widely criticized for its low efficiency and large analysis error,which seriously restricts the research and development of passive energy-saving buildings in China.The emergence of BIM(Building Information Model)technology provides a new idea for solving the above problems,that is using BIM technology to conduct passive energysaving strategies research on library buildings to make up for the gap in the library of passive energy-saving research in China.This paper uses a combination of research and simulation to conduct passive energysaving strategies for library buildings.Firstly,the feasibility of applying BIM technology to passive energy-saving analysis is analyzed.Through data search and case analysis,it is concluded that the building model information has a good transfer effect between BIM modeling software and BIM sustainable analysis software,which provides technical support for subsequent analysis.Through the on-site investigation and analysis of the library,the function,spatial layout,use and energy consumption characteristics of the library building are obtained,and the guiding ideology of passive energy conservation of the library building is proposed,namely suitability,reference,integrity and eclectic thought Based on this,the paper analyzes and summarizes the passive energy-saving technology applicable to library buildings,and establishes an optimization analysis method based on BIM technology.From the three levels of the layout of the library building,the sensitivity analysis of each passive energy-saving strategy,and the combination analysis,the BIM technology is used to optimize the passive energy-saving technology applicable to the library building,according to its optimal parameters or the optimal interval,using genetic algorithm to optimize the passive energy-saving strategy to obtain the best energy-saving plan for library building.Finally,taking Library of the Second Campus of Harbin University of Technology as an example,using the above analysis method to design passive energy-saving schemes,compared with the energy consumption data of existing libraries,it is concluded that the improved optimal energy-saving scheme can save 14.7% energy and reduce the discomfort by 3.88% compared with the existing library.The improved trade-off scheme can save 12.13% energy and reduce the discomfort by 33.49% compared with the existing ones,which verifies the feasibility of the BIM-based passive energy-saving strategy analysis method for libraries.The research results of this paper can provide some guidance and reference for the application and research of BIM technology in passive energy-saving buildings in China,and accelerate the localization process of BIM technology in China.
