Nowadays,the terminal temperature control valve can set the room temperature in time,but due to the hot inertia of the room,it is difficult for the users to predict how long it takes to open the valve to ensure that the room meets the temperature requirements during use,and try not to overshoot;How long it takes to close the valve will also ensure that the room will basically meet the temperature requirements at the end of the use time,and save energy as much as possible.In another word,it is difficult to predict parameters such as warm-up time and heat-off time.In order to achieve precise control of the room temperature,improve the comfort of the room.A new terminal regulating valve based on thermal inertia is proposed.This kind of valve can accurately give the system warm-up time,heat-off time and reasonable room energy-saving temperature according to the thermal inertia of different rooms and different room worktime.Under the premise of simple user operation,the comfort time and comfort temperature matched with the user's needs are realized.The goal of the heat pump heating water system control strategy to achieve on-demand heating.In this thesis,mathematical modeling is carried out based on the heat transfer and control process of buildings and related equipment.The differential equations of mathematical modeling are simulated by Simulink visual simulation tool in Matlab software.A dynamic model of building room temperature was established to simulate room temperature in office and residential buildings in cold and cold regions.The heating process of the building is divided into the rapid rise process and the slow rise process.On this basis,the concept of warm-up time is proposed.The cooling process of the building is divided into a fast-down process and a slow-down process.The concept of heat rejection time is proposed.The conclusion is drawn about the difference between the temperature of the heat-stopping time and the temperature at which the room starts to cool down and the standard temperature of 18?.And the greater the temperature difference,the longer the room heats up.The preheating time and heat stop time of the office and residential buildings in the two climate zones under different low temperature setting conditions are given by simulation.Through simulation and comparison,the reasonable low temperature setting values of office and residential buildings in severe cold and cold areas are obtained.The heating terminal control valve parameter setting verification is performed by using the calculated warm-up time,heat-stop time and optimal low-temperature set value.The simulation results fully demonstrate that the new terminal regulating valve setting parameters can make the room temperature just reach 18? when the user uses the room,and the room temperature drops to 18? when the user leaves the room.The time during which the user uses the room The room temperature is always above the standard temperature,which improves the thermal comfort of the room.
