With the continuous growth of air traffic volume,the pressure of airport surface operation is increasing rapidly.Expanding infrastructures needs a heavy investment,long time to carry out and is has too many restrictions.In contrast,it is more feasible to optimize the resource allocation and realize joint scheduling to relieve the pressure,reduce congestion and delay.Runway,taxiway and gate are important resource subsystems of the airport surface,so realizing joint scheduling has an important significance.Firstly,the process of surface operation,the interaction mechanism of runway,taxiway and gate are analyzed.The types of conflicts during airport surface operation are introduced and the conflict resolution strategies are mainly focused.In terms of taxiway scheduling,dynamic priority is set,and an optimal model based on taxiing time control is established to control the taxiing time of aircraft and shorten the waiting queue around runway and apron.In terms of runway and gate,the joint scheduling model of runway and gate is established to optimize the operating efficiency of runway and gate while maintaining and optimizing the aircraft taxiing distance.Finally,a joint scheduling model of whole airport surface is established.The joint model adjusts the taxiway and gate scheduling results to satisfy the runway scheduling,realize integrative Scheduling and further improve the operation efficiency of the airport surface.The simulation results show that the joint scheduling model of airport surface can optimize the operating efficiency of runway,taxiway and gate.At the same time,the feedback and coordination among the resource subsystems are realized,and the overall fluency and operation efficiency of airport surface are effectively improved.The algorithm is verified to be effective,efficient and can meet the real-time requirement.
