The current UAV design method is mainly for a single model,while the UAV family method designs multiple models at the same time to meet multitasking requirements,which can also shorten the development cycle of the UAV and reduce the life cycle cost.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the theory and method of the conceptual design method of the UAV family.The system engineering method is a formal design method suitable for complex systems,and its research and application can improve the conceptual design level of UAV.At present,the application of system engineering in the field of UAV design is in the exploratory stage.The system engineering method and model-based system engineering method for military UAV family system are studied in this paper,the system modeling language,engineering calculation method and physic al simulation are comprehensively applied.The conceptual design of the three models of UAV were obtained,with the aim of establishing a general design flow for the UAV family based on the system engineering method.The research contents and results are as follows:1)The system engineering method,the model-based system engineering method,the system modeling language SysML and the conceptual design method of the body segment are summarized by literature review of the system engineering and UAV conceptual design.2)The process of the model-based system engineering method is applied to the conceptual design of the UAV family,and SysML is used to establish the functional architecture and physical architecture of the system.At first the system use cases are defined,then a black box view is established,and the UAV family is decomposed to establish the logical architecture.Finally,the activities in the black box activity picture are assigned to unmanned reconnaissance aerial vehic le(URAV),unmanned combat aerial vehicle(UCAV)and unmanned interference aerial vehicle(UIAV)to complete the white box view.3)The conceptual designs of the three models of UAV are carried out.At first the use cases of each UAV system are summarized,and second,the black box view of each UAV is established,then the logical architecture is determined.Quantitative comparison of different layout schemes of the body segment is carried out to obtain the overall parameters of the body segment.Finally,the task load architecture is decomposed.Through the research work of this paper,the overall des ign flow of the UAV family based on the system engineering method is preliminarily established,which provides a reference for further research.
