The high pressure cylinder is an important part of the steam turbine,its inlet and exhaust chamber has complicated shape and structure,which include flow field is very complex and is easy to produce resistance loss,so it's necessary to carry out a detail analysis of the flow of inlet and exhaust chamber.In addition,as an important high temperature and high pressure part,the security is also important examination to product,its need to computer analysis to cylinder by strength?rigidity and sealing property.In this paper,a typical HP-MP module is analyzed and studied,and a set of system analysis method is summarized.There will have a reference in the future development of the unit.The target of analysis is a typical HP-MP module with reverse flow layout,double cylinder structure,and overall internal cylinder.The new steam enter in high flow for work through main steam/reheat steam valve,inlet pipe and annual inlet chamber,completed working the exhaust steam exhausting through exhaust chamber and outlet.The whole process of steam flow in the steam power will have a certain impact.In the flow passage with blade,the flow field of steam has been studied in detail in the design of blade profile.And at the valve,because the design of the valve has become increasingly standardized,the loss of its flow has been basically determined.So the steam flow in inlet and outlet chambers,between valves and flow,will be an important research direction to improvement efficiency.Consider the following three factors,firstly the shape of these chambers which is affected by the structure are very complex and difficult to be standardized.Secondly in different working conditions,the flow field is changed due to the different flow rate.Thirdly as a result of the first and last stage exist,due to the interference of the chamber flow field.Therefore the flow field in chambers is very complex,it is necessary to combine the numerical simulation of the flow field and adjacent stage in HP-MP cylinder.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the new HP-MP module.In the research of this paper,apart from the necessary flow analysis of inner and outer casing,it also need to pass the examination of the finite element calculation,to ensure the casings have reasonable structure and satisfied the stander of strength,rigidity,sealing.
