With the increasing aging population and the advance of the urbanization process,the risk factors for cardiovascular disease such as hypertension,smoking,dyslipidemia and so on are increasingly popular,so the number of cardiovascular disease deaths are increasing.Currently,measuring and observing the ECG is the most effective and most intuitive method for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.Traditional multi-lead ECG machines and larger ECG monitoring equipment in medical institutions are not only inconvenient to carry,but also require higher monitoring costs;However,portable ECG detector on the market have single source of ECG,weak analytical processing capacity,unable to make the right judgments and other shortcomings.Based on the analysis of demand for portable ECG monitoring equipment,we studies the pretreatment of ECG,waveform positioning and extracting characteristic values,waveform classification algorithms and pathological diagnosis to design a complete set of Android-based ECG intelligent monitoring system.The major work include the following:1)To design a portable ECG acquisition instruments.We studied the principles of ECG acquisition and designed the exact portable ECG acquisition instrument to achieve ECG acquisition and transmission functions.2)To develop intelligent ECG analysis algorithm.To conduct in-depth study based on wavelet and Support Vector Machines designed pretreatment ECG waveform positioning and feature extraction,intelligent classification algorithm,the algorithm is optimized and verified internationally recognized clinical ECG database and hospital data.3)To write Android-based intelligent ECG monitoring software.By using the Java programming language,this section completed the ECG signal reception,data processing,real-time display,intelligent classification,historical data management and medical knowledge classification and other functions to prepare for the mobile intelligent terminal ECG software.This paper describes the design for a framework of the ECG monitoring system,algorithm development and implementation of system function.With high accuracy,simple operation and easy to carry,The system can be achieved to improve the chances of early detection of heart disease,timely to remind patients to prevent and treat accordingly,effectively reducing the harm caused by heart disease and other purposes.Therefore,it has broad application prospects.
