| Acoustic Stack is the key components of medical ultrasound probe,its state determines the final performance of the product.Currently,we have two method to build this acoustic stack: press bond method and deposition method.Press bond method is easy for operate with low cost,but it is not fit for the thinner acoustic stack.Deposition method,its equipment price is high,pollution,but also need follow-up process.The consumption of time and cost will be very high.Such as uniform rubber coating,bonding pressure,material thickness,causing pressure cannot meet the demand of product quality.To improve the quality of adhesive,through improving the structure of elastic cylinder method to keep stick onto force uniform.This article in view of the existing processing theory and production defects existing in the method,put forward a kind of using cylindrical elastomer as sound pressure briquetting for laminated stick pressure and the case for research.Paper main research content is as follows:1.Elastic cylinder nonlinear constitutive model experiment.By giving the experimental samples of different constitutive model,stress-strain characteristics of silicon rubber nonlinear deformation situation has carried on the comparative study on the experiment,and according to the simulation results on Mooney-Rivlin model in the application of silicone rubber nonlinear large deformation are analyzed.2.The silicone rubber Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model constant parameter calibration.For correction of Mooney-Rivlin,two constant parameters in the model paper combined with the function relation between the elastic modulus,deduced the Mooney-Rivlin model parameters and the relationship between the hardness;Displacement test bench and building pressure,measured the pressure more groups of cases,silicone rubber cylinder deformation,on this basis,according to the experiment under the condition of pressure cylinder deformation rule of data processing,so as to realize the Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model parameter calibration.Using the adjusted parameters are simulated,the simulation results compared with the experiment.3.Sound lamination adhesive mold structure design of the briquette.Preliminary structure design for elastic cylinder model and finite element simulation software simulation analysis was carried out on the model,by comparing the stress distribution on the plan optimization model;Then primary scheme for the topology optimization,make sound lamination adhesive in the process of extrusion mould briquetting pressure constant.Thesis research results show that the Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model is suitable for research of super large deformation problem of missile body,and its high accuracy and good applicability;The model parameter correction results of silicone rubber cylinder precision,good feasibility;Through the structural optimal design of mould press block structure can provide design basis for the practical application. |
