| Motor is an important part of the new energy vehicles,motor temperature rise is the important factor to determine whether the motor is used,and whether it can live longer.In this paper,the thermal model of high density permanent magnet motor is analyzed,and the heat dissipation characteristic of high density PM motor is used to design the water cooling system.The research of this paper mainly includes two aspects as follows.(1)thermal model analysis of high density permanent magnet motorAccording to the relevant laws of physics,the basic theory and calculation method of copper loss,iron loss,eddy current loss and mechanical loss of permanent magnet are derived.Based on Maxwell Ansoft finite element software,the calculation model of the electric field is established,and the magnetic field frequency and the load running state of the motor are analyzed.We usually use the empirical formula to simplify the calculation of the copper loss and the mechanical loss of the windings.Through the above analysis,the state of the motor running state is determined.(2)high density permanent magnet motor cooling system designThe water cooling system of high density permanent magnet motor is designed according to the analysis of heat source of high density permanent magnet motor.Based on FLUENT software,the model of the temperature field of high density permanent magnet motor is established.The simulation results show that the cooling system can reduce the temperature rise and the temperature control of permanent magnet motor.In order to ensure the correctness of the simulation results,the influence of cooling water flow rate on the stability of the motor is analyzed by controlling the boundary conditions.The experimental platform is built,and the relevant data of the motor is measured,and the simulation results of the high density permanent magnet motor are compared with the experimental data. |
