A high mixing efficiency between different density component is crucial in the preparation of stable polymer composites,along with the spring of small scale research,micromixers have also been rapidly developed,passive micromixers owing to the simple structure,small size,light weight,stable and reliable performance are being widely used in the biotechnology,pharmaceutical industry,food processing and etc.Our research mainly about micromixers with different mixing mechanisms,diffusion and advection effects vary with the change of Re between 0.38~40,and compared with flow rate ratio,Re has a great impact on mixing efficiency.Also,we use a unified evaluation mechanism to quantify the mixing index,friction loss of simulation results and vorticity represents secondary flow,comprehensively analyze the difference between micromixers,compare with Bas-groove,Bas-relief model performance better.According to the comparison of Circle and Tesla model,we find collision effects are poor when wide kinetic difference exists in the sub-channel of split-recombine structure.Modified-Tesla micromixer have a mixing performance than Tesla,and combine with the Spiral model,single channel can greatly promote the accumulation of chaotic flow.Besides numerical simulation,we also verify our simulation results by fluorescence microscopy experiments,meanwhile,find some conclusion defects in others' research and enrich their results.Finally,we make some exploratory researches about pre-mixing single layer and bilayer groove models.
