| With the hot development of China`s civil aviation market,in recent year aircraft movements increased year by year on China’s civil aviation airport.However,the disease of airport pavement also increased significantly.To ensure that the airport disease will not affect flight safety,it is very important to regularly test and research airport pavement.Airport pavement affected by aircraft load,climate,hydrology and material characteristics of cement concrete.In fact,void beneath slab is the mostly common form of airport pavement disease.To search the response of airport void beneath Slab under aircraft loads in this paper,finite element simulation is used to simulate the takeoff process of aircraft on the airport pavement,and dynamic response of pavement under the action of dynamic loads is analyzed.Firstly,the deformation characteristics of rubber material and rubber cord layer are introduced in the paper.Yeoh model and rebar model are used to describe the mechanical behavior of tire.Finite element model of aircraft tire is also built..Then,airport pavement constitutive model is introduced and the finite element model ofairport pavement is built.The finite element model of airport void pavement established with experimental data Finally,the tire-pavement contact model is established based on the finite element model of tire and pavement.For example,taking B737-800 as the object,aircraft load is calculated to determine the simulation scheme for simulating.The main contents of the analysis are as follows:In this paper,the simulation experiments of three factors of surface layer thickness,base layer thickness and roadbed modulus are designed,and the influence of three factors on the mechanical properties of the pavement structure is analyzed.Increasing the thickness of the surface layer and the roadbed can reduce the response of the pavement structure,and the influence of the thickness of the surface layer is more significant.The subgrade modulus has little effect on the response of the pavement structure,and increasing the modulus of the subgrade does not improve the curve of the deflection basin.The simulation experiments of four factors of void size,void position,load distribution and void interaction are designed.The effects of various parameters of the void on the mechanical properties of the pavement are analyzed.Within a certain range,the larger the size of the void,the closer the wheel belt is to the hollow,and the greater the response of the pavement structure.The two vacancies will affect each other within a certain distance and a certain radius,and the closer the distance,the greater the influence.Exceeding this range will not affect each other.The process of plane slide is simulated on measured road surface combining with the example.In addition,the mechanical behavior of the single void pavement and the compound pavement are analyzed.Finally,the response law of different void pavements under the action of aircraft loads is analyzed in this paper. |
