The Optimization Research On Vehicle Test And Development Process

With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,consumers are increasingly high expectation of the products.In the automotive industry,customers not just only focus on the usage,but also high quality,high function,better user experience,so the competition is not only the price war,but also more of high quality,performance and fuel economy,ride comfort,high safety.Vehicle test is one of the way to improve these properties.Therefore,more requirements put forward for the products development and management of the project,especially for the test and verification system.From the perspective of test planning and test management,this paper puts forward a new idea of test and verification for vehicle research and development.Based on the analysis for current situation of test and development system of this automobile company,this paper teased out the actual problems that existed in test and management area.Lacking of strict process control for time,cost,quality,also have no complete set of research and development process,each milestones and the deliverables of each department are not clear in the project development process,especially for test and development quality gateway,which affect project development schedule and quality.According to the knowledge of process optimization and test and management,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the whole vehicle R&D process,including suggestions for improving the test development process.The process defines the project development lead time,sets up 11 milestones,and explains in detail the deliverables required to be completed on time at each milestone.For the test development and management,this paper clarified the test planning activities and deliverables of each gateway.Introduce the concept of "one car,one record file" and the test development quality gateway,the requirements for test management and the test activities needed to be completed at each stage are clarified,finally,the test development and management are ensured to be reliable through the test system process.This ensures that the project development engineers have a consistent understanding of the development process and deliverables during the development of different projects,and improves the project operation efficiency.Finally,the overall evaluation and prospect are made for the improvement of the test and development process of vehicle products.
