| JT/T 216 "Technical Conditions for Bus Air Conditioning System" is the only test standard for the whole vehicle air conditioning system applicable to buses in China.the performance indicators and test methods of the air conditioning refrigeration system,heating system,defrosting system,ventilation system,and air purification system of buses above 8m has be stipulated.Since the last version was released 12 years ago,it can not meet the current development situation of bus air conditioning system technology.Therefore,the Ministry of Transport has included the revision task of Technical Conditions for Bus Air Conditioning System in the revision plan for standardization of transportation and transportation in 2016.The project number is JT/T 2016-121.Firstly,present situation of automobile air conditioning products and standards at home and abroad has be analyzed,and grasps the requirements of international standards,national standards,industry standards and a few local standards for bus air conditioning,including air conditioning system standards,refrigeration and heating system standards,defrosting system standards,air purification system standards and compressor standards.According to the requirement of standard revision,the research group collected some test data of air conditioning,refrigeration,heating,insulation,defrosting and interior noise of passenger cars through experiments,which laid a test foundation for standard revision.Secondly,the operating passenger cars and buses are divided into three grades: A,B,and C.By analyzing the relevant standard values at home and abroad,the test data collected and collected by the research group,combined with the advanced and feasibility of the standard,the refrigeration capacity,heating capacity,air supply capacity,forced ventilation capacity,temperature and temperature distribution in the carriage,noise in the carriage and other indicators are re-evaluated.Determine,In the determination of test methods,the layout of test points of double deck bus and the articulated bus is taken into account,the air cleanliness index in the bus is more comprehensively stipulated,and the method of determining the defrosting area is redefined according to EEC table.Finally,the research group selected a 9m bus as aprototype to test the air conditioning system.The test results show that the index values and test methods specified in this standard are reasonable and feasible,which can guide the technical development and product testing.On December 11,2018,the Bus Standardization Committee conducted a review of the standard submission in Beijing,and it has passed the examination,thus achieving the purpose of this study. |
