| In recent years,with the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the concept of intelligent community is deeply rooted in people’s minds.The characteristics of this kind of residential district are complex functions and advanced technology,which raises higher requirements for electrical design and intelligent monitoring of residential buildings.Firstly,the background and research significance of this paper are briefly introduced.The research status of residential electrical design,power monitoring and management equipment and line fault location are analyzed.In this paper,the electrical design codes and regulations of the building are reviewed,and the design specifications and principles of the electrical design of the community are compiled.Then,the indicators of power monitoring and management are studied,and the national standards and their calculation methods of the indicators of power monitoring and management are expounded.Secondly,this paper designs a safe,reliable and economical electrical system based on national standard specifications and the actual characteristics of the project.The load grading and calculation of the electrical equipment in the community is carried out,and then the capacity and model of the transformer are determined by reasonable calculation of the residential user,the commercial storefront and the public part,and the design of the 10 kV system is completed.The low-voltage conductors laid out in the project were selected from the model,cross-sectional area and fire-retardant properties to complete the design of the low-voltage distribution system.It determines the type and arrangement principle of charging piles in underground garages,and designs the power supply system for charging piles.Finally,considering the problem of distributed power grid connection,the photovoltaic power supply is used as the backup power supply for this engineering design.Then,Under the standard specification of electric energy monitoring and management,a community power monitoring and management system based on LabVIEW was designed.The system consists of two parts: hardware circuit and software.The hardware circuit is mainly composed of sensors,a DSP and a switching power supply.The system uses LabVIEW software to write real-time acquisition interface,basic parameters and comprehensive records.Finally,the hardware experiment platform was built,and the feasibility and advantages of the energy monitoring and management system of the community were tested by field test.Finally,with the expansion of the community scale,the laying of cable lines and distribution lines is becoming more and more complex,and the need for intelligent monitoring and real-time fault location of the lines is increasingly difficult to meet,which brings trouble to the power maintenance personnel to check the line.This paper proposes an intelligent fault location method based on frequency modulated continuous wave(FMCW)technology,and the principle and implementation scheme of the method are explained and analyzed. |
