With the rapid development of the city,the urban transportation network has gradually improved,and the high temperature of the road has become the main cause of the urban heat island effect.Reducing the surface temperature not only relieves the heat island effect,but also maintains the pavement structure and function,and improves the durability of the pavement.In view of how to reduce the temperature of the road surface,domestic and foreign scholars mainly research from the aspects of heat reflective coating,large void road surface and pavement sprinkler.Compared with other cooling methods,pavement sprinkler has the advantages of simplicity,effectiveness and environmental protection.However,for the research of road surface pavement sprinkler,scholars only focus on the effect of pavement sprinkler,and have not yet researched and summarized the characteristics and schemes of pavement sprinkler.Therefore,this article uses finite element software simulation combined test to analyze the influencing factors of pavement sprinkler cooling,and based on the influencing factors,the sprinkler scheme is obtained.Firstly,the finite element software is used to establish the road surface and fluid evaporation model,and based on the model,the influence characteristics of different factors on the road surface sprinkling and cooling are simulated.At the same time,the simulation results are fitted through the indoor pavement sprinkler cooling test to ensure the true objectivity of the results.Secondly,according to the influencing characteristics of each factor,the sprinkling scheme of the pavement under different conditions in the actual day is further simulated and analyzed,and the outdoor test correction error is designed to obtain the number of sprinkling,sprinkling time and sprinkling amount under the combination of multiple situations.Finally,the benefit analysis is carried out according to the sprinkling scheme to prove the feasibility of pavement sprinkler cooling.The conclusions obtained are as follows:The increase of wind speed,single sprinkling volume and pavement void ratio will increase the cooling rate and cooling duration of pavement sprinkler.;the increase of pavement radiation absorption rate will reduce the sprinkler cooling range and cooling duration;the increase of air humidity will increase the pavement sprinkler Cooling time,but has little effect on the cooling rate.The number of sprinkler of asphalt pavement in different traffic volumes,different service years and different humidity areas will be different,and the number of sprinkler is less than that of cement pavement.When pavement is combined in many cases,it is considered according to the most unfavorable situation.The timing of sprinkler depends on the number of sprinkler.After the road is sprinkled,it can save the air conditioning and cooling energy consumption of the vehicle and the surrounding wall above the road.Among them,the pavement sprinkler has a greater impact on the air conditioning refrigeration energy saved by the upper vehicle,and has less impact on the air conditioning refrigeration energy consumption saved by the surrounding wall.Pavement sprinkler can also enhance the comfort of pedestrians and maintain the structure and function of the pavement.
