Research On The Experimental And Applied Of Recycled Mixture Of Asphalt Pavement

As time goes on,our country will enter the peak road maintenance period and produce a lot of recycled mixture of asphalt pavement(RAP).The technology of plant-mix heat recycling of asphalt is a good way to deal with old road surface and RAP.And it has been applied in several provinces in China.However,in practice,it is found that there are still imperfect or unreasonable places in many aspects such as design method and test evaluation method of RAP during the practice.This will lead to some quality problems and negative effects on the popularization of the technology,which is not conducive to achieving the goal of resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out further research on this issue.This paper analyzed the effects of the factors on the sample of the sampling method and sampling frequency from milling planer horizon,milling of source and size of particle size,and proposed the standardization of the sampling of RAP to satisfy the specific requirements of representativeness.Then,the influence of conventional testing methods on the test results of RAP was studied,and the test method of aggregates density and asphalt content of RAP were proposed,which improved the problems existing in the density test method of recycled aggregates in traditional practice.At the same time,the influence of RAP on the mix design of recycled asphalt mixture was studied and the difference gradation of design elements in design and construction mix ratio was calculated from two aspects of target and production mix proportioning,according to the proportion of recycled aggregate and RAP.Finally,combined with the engineering application,the road performance of plant-mix heat recycling of asphalt through test in room,testing road was evaluated.The results of engineering application of gradation optimization design were verified,which provided reliable technical data for its later large-scale promotion.
