Internet of Vehicles refers to a communication network which can support data transmission between vehicles and vehicles(V2V),vehicles and people(V2P),vehicles and infrastructure(V2I).Internet of Vehicles is the key facility of intelligent vehicles,autonomous driving and intelligent transportation systems in the future,consequently it has become one of the research hotspots in the field of mobile communication in recent years.This paper focuses on the clustering algorithm of mobile vehicle,power control,channel allocation and other issues in V2 V subsystem under cellular architecture.The main work is described as follows:Firstly,a clustering algorithm based on motion consistency is proposed for V2 V system.The main research work is as follows: 1)The motion consistency measure function of vehicle used to form clusters is derived,and the vehicle clustering mathematical optimization problem based on the motion consistency measure function is established;2)An iterative algorithm for the transient clustering problem of vehicle clustering is proposed;3)An iterative algorithm for the dynamic clustering maintenance problem is proposed.The simulation results show that the performance of the proposed clustering algorithm based on motion consistency measure is better than that of the traditional DGMA algorithm.Secondly,power allocation problem for maximizing the sum rate of V2 V users under the condition of guaranteeing the basic rate requirement of cellular users in V2 V system is studied.The main research work is as follows: 1)The corresponding mathematical optimization problem is established,and an iterative power allocation algorithm for V2 V users based on DC decomposition is proposed;2)To simplify the power allocation problem for the corresponding interference,an iterative algorithm based on Lagrange function using KKT condition is proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation experiments.Thirdly,power allocation problem for maximizing the sum rate of cellular users under the condition of guaranteeing the basic rate requirement of V2 V users in V2 V multi-antenna system is studied.The main research work is as follows: 1)The lower bound of the traversal rate of cellular users and V2 V users is derived;2)Under the condition that the lower bound of the traversal rate of V2 V is satisfied,the power allocation problem is established with the sum rate of cellular users as the objective function.The simulation results show that the proposed power control scheme improves the V2 V user rate greatly compared with the fixed power scheme.At last,this paper studies the channel allocation problem of maximizing the number of concurrent V2 V users under the condition that the QoS requirements of V2 V users is guaranteed in V2 V system.The main research work is as follows: 1)Convert the QoS requirement condition of V2 V users into the spectral radius requirement condition of a matrix;2)Under the condition of satisfying the QoS requirement of V2 V users,take maximizing the number of simultaneous transmission V2 V users as the objective function,establish the optimization problem based on the minimum spectral radius increment algorithm,and give the iterative solution of the optimization problem.The simulation results show that the proposed channel resource allocation algorithm based on minimizing the increment of spectral radius takes up less resource blocks when it accommodates the same number of V2 V users than the traditional NF scheme.
