The transformer cooling system is an important part of the heat sink of the transformer,At present,the cooling system mostly adopts the forced oil circulation cooling method,and the control device adopts the traditional relay contact control method.The control method has the problems of poor reliability,high failure rate,large operation and maintenance workload and high energy consumption.With the continuous development of power technology,higher requirements are put forward for the power transformer cooling system.Therefore,it is necessary to study a new type of transformer cooling control device to realize the goal of intelligentization of the control device and energy saving of the cooler switching method.In this paper,the composition and working principle of the forced oil circulation cooler are analyzed.The heating process of the transformer,the heat dissipation of the transformer body and the heat dissipation process of the cooler are studied.The current situation of the number of coolers,the current status of the cooler switching method and the existence of the cooling control device circuit are analyzed.The problem is based on the unreasonable problem of the number of coolers.The active loss under the full load of the transformer is calculated,and the rated heat dissipation capacity of the single cooler is determined.Based on the balance between the heat generation of the transformer and the heat dissipation of the cooler,the problem is deduced.A reasonable number of cooler configurations;for the high energy consumption caused by unreasonable cooling method of the cooler,the power load method and the reasonable oil temperature interval method are used to design the "load current determines the number of coolers to be cut"and"oil surface".The comprehensive switching method of temperature determines the working time of the cooler".Finally,the control system with STM32F103ZET6 single-chip microcomputer as the core processor is designed,and the hardware circuit,control circuit,sampling circuit,drive circuit,communication and other hardware circuits are designed and completed.Parameter acquisition subroutine,logic control subroutine,exception and The writing of software programs such as fault handling subroutine,status quantity display and external communication subroutine.The experimental platform of transformer cooling control device based on STM32F103ZET6 was built,and the functions of the control device were tested.The experimental results show that the experimental platform meets various technical requirements,and the comprehensive switching method of the cooler can keep the transformer oil temperature running in a reasonable interval.And to achieve the purpose of energy saving,verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the design method,can provide engineering basis for the design of transformer cooling control device.
