In recent years,with the rapid development of the world economy,more and more marine garbage have caused increasing impact on coastal cities and marine life.Countries have designed many marine garbage salvage equipment for this situation,Because of its high cost,low efficiency,poor working conditions and other shortcomings,The marine garbage salvage equipment have not been promoted in large-lot production.According to the characteristics of the offshore waters,the article designs an automatic garbage collection ship suitable for offshore environment.The device not only can salvage the floating waste on the sea surface,but also is suitable for the environment of offshore navigation and coastal beach driving.It can work continuously and realize the whole process of collection,transportation and unloading automatically,the device structure is simple,easy to operate and maintain,and low cost,which is suitable for garbage collection in coastal waters.The main research works of this article are as follows:(1)The article briefly summarize the application research status of marine floating garbage collection devices,introduce the domestic and international marine garbage collection methods,summarize the existing garbage collection devices,and designs and analyzes the offshore garbage collection settings in a targeted manner.(2)According to the modern mechanical methodology,follow the design principles of the overall scheme,the various parts of different functions are gradually designed and implemented,and then the parts are virtually assembled to form a whole scheme,and the main part of the offshore garbage collection ship is calculated and selected.(3)Perform static simulation analysis on the garbage collection ship to determine the design requirements,and consider the collection ship's transient response in the case of the wave spectrum,so as to determining the maximum deformation of the offshore garbage collection ship's hull capable of withstanding random loads and ensuring the safety of the hull.(4)Through the optimization of the structural size,the rigidity and strength of the connection structure of the offshore garbage collection ship are greatly improved under the condition of reduced mass.Not only greatly reduce the amount of structural steel,reduces the weight,but also improve the load carrying capacity of the channel.(5)Taking the water-jet propeller of the offshore garbage collection ship as the research object,the simple introduction to computational fluid dynamics and commonly used software lays the foundation for the next calculation.Then establish a three-dimensional model of the water jet propeller,and use the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent to simulate and analyze the flow field of the water jet propeller,and study the flow field performance under different inlet flow path lengths and diameters.It provides a reference for how to improve the propulsion performance of water-jet propellers under long-flow conditions.
