18650 lithium battery automatic separator is a complex structure of mechanical equipment,scanning code,testing and sorting mechanism are the core device of the lithium battery automatic separator,their performance directly affect the sorting efficiency and working stability of the whole separator.The current lithium battery automatic separators' sorting efficiency is low,their key structure is too heavy and so on.The corresponding sduties are executed in the 18650 lithium battery automatic separator to address these problems.(1)The Structure Design of the Separator.Under the condition of meeting the technical performance indexes,the overall structure of the separator and other main components are designed to improve the sorting efficiency of lithium battery,such as the structural design of feeding mechanism,scanning code and testing mechanism,sorting mechanism and the structural design of plate assembly mechanism,the working flow of the separator is also detailiy introduced.(2)Dynamic Simulation Analysis of the Separator's Scanning Code,Testing and Sorting Mechanism.Base on the comprehensive analysis of the working principle and movement process of the lithium battery automatic separator,the multi-rigid-body dynamic model and rigid-flexible coupling model are established according to the structural relationships among the main components of the separator's scanning code,testing and sorting mechanism.The motion trajectory of the conveying mechanism and its plate in the scanning code,testing and sorting mechanism under normal working conditions are obtained through simulation analysis,the movement of the center of mass,the stress and the vibration response of the conveying mechanism and its plate are also analyzed.(3)Finite Element Analysis of the Core Components of Separator.To determine the optimization space of the original mechanism,statics analysis of the key components in the scanning code,testing and sorting mechanism of the lithium battery separator are carried out.Mainly investigate the deformation and stress distribution of key components,to verify whether the structure can maintain the original stable state under the maximum working load,modal analysis and fatigue analysis of the conveying mechanism and its plate are also carried out.(4)Lightweight Design of the Key Parts of the Separator.According to the results of dynamics simulation and finite element analysis,and the problems of the separator,lightweight design of the conveying mechanism and its plate of the separator's scanning code,testing and sorting mechanism are carried out,the dynamic simulation and the finite element analysis results of the conveying mechanism and its plate before and after optimization are compared and analyzed respectively to verify the feasibility and rationality of the optimized structure.
