In the power industry,the problem of coal retention in coal bunker has always been a major hidden danger affecting the safe and stable operation of thermal power plants.Especially in recent years,the coal price has risen sharply.In order to make profits,thermal power plants have burned a large number of low calorific value coal and slime,which makes the phenomenon of coal blocking in coal bunkers more prominent.The normal work of coal bunkers is the premise of stable combustion of boilers.The purpose of this paper is to explore and solve the problem of coal blocking in coal bunkers.Through the analysis of coal fluidity and coal force in coal bunker,the factors affecting coal flow in coal bunker are studied.In view of these factors,this paper focuses on the stress analysis and unloading mechanism of the central feeder in the warehouse as the outgoing equipment,and obtains the superiority of the central cone in the outgoing process of bulk materials.It can not only eradicate the unfavorable factors such as bridge erection,arching and central flow,but also control the discharge flow of bulk materials.In order to realize the automation in the warehousing process and improve the efficiency of the warehousing system.After the introduction of the central feeder,it has been used and popularized in thermal power plants,which has basically solved the problem of coal stagnation in coal bunkers and provided a guarantee for the stable operation of thermal power plants and the combustion of inferior coal.
