| Advertisement cleaning machine is a kind of cleaning equipment which can efficiently clear the street side to put up the small advertisement.The traditional advertising cleaning equipment focuses on the cleaning of small advertisements posted on flat walls,while it is difficult to clean non-flat walls.Moreover,the traditional advertisement cleaning machine has a single cleaning function,and it is easy to cause secondary pollution due to the lack of effective treatment of the debris washed down during the cleaning process.The comprehensive use of various needs of the new multi-function advertising cleaning machine structure design has put forward higher requirements.The design of the structure of the cleaning machine mainly covers two aspects,the first is to carry out the structural design on the basis of satisfying the original design function of the cleaning machine,and the second is to study the optimum cleaning rate of the cleaning machine.According to the survey and statistics of relevant data,this thesis obtains the design demand of the advertisement cleaning machine,and the overall design scheme is obtained by analyzing the design demand and function demand of the advertisement cleaning machine.Modeling of structural design through 3D software,And for the key force components of the cleaning machine-The active wheel structure is analyzed by static mechanics,simulation of concrete structure and simulation of motion characteristics.The influence of three washing motion parameters on the final cleaning rate is investigated..This paper will introduce it from the following aspects:(1)By sampling a number of areas in the urban area with a high flow of persons,A survey of the posting area of small advertisements on the side of the street,the height distribution range,the form of posting,and the size of the wall diameter was carried out.By analyzing the structure function of the auxiliary cleaning equipment on the market,the design needs of the multifunction cleaning machine are put forward.Finally,an overall design scheme of multi-function advertising cleaner with different diameter wall can be obtained.(2)The structural design of each function module is carried out according to the scheme design,According to the functions of the composition is roughly divided into the cleaning machine block module,the washing machine active wheel component module,brush component module,debris collection module,ring water assembly module.The initial structure design of the cleaning machine is completed by modeling and virtual assembly of its structure by solidworks.(3)Since the cleaning machine needs to work on the cylindrical curved wall,the active wheel components always keep in contact with the wall and carry the torque brought by the body’s self-respect and roller work,Based on the important role played by the active wheel in the normal work of the active wheel,the structure of the active wheel is analyzed by finite element software.In order to verify the anti jitter performance of the active wheel component structure,the dynamic simulation software adems is used to simulate the experiment.The simulation results show that the bearing capacity of the active wheel can meet the requirement of working strength,and the active wheel can increase the anti-jitter ability about seven times,effectively guarantee the stability of the cleaning machine.(4)In order to explore the impact of parameters such as the rotary speed of the cleaning machine brush,the speed of rotation around the wall,the contact distance between the brush and the wall on the final cleanliness,An experimental device of cleaning machine was designed and made into a machine to carry out the experiment,which showed that the cleaner reached the best of the experiment when the contact distance between the washer and the wall was 0 to-5 mm.The test provides reference for the development of subsequent cleaning machines. |
