With China's economic development entering a new normal,large-scale development and utilization of clean and renewable energy has become an important means to cope with the deterioration of the ecological environment and the depletion of fossil fuels in the current environment,and to achieve high quality,high efficiency and sustainable development.In recent years,the installed capacity and power generation of wind power and solar power have increased rapidly.The fluctuation and instability of clean energy output seriously affect the smooth and safe operation of the power grid,and also adversely affected the consumption of clean energy.In the areas rich in clean energy,it is of great significance to solve the above problems and promote the healthy development of clean energy industry by utilizing the complementary characteristics of energy and building a joint dispatching system to enhance the overall efficiency.In clean energy,the installed capacity and power generation of wind power are increasing rapidly,and the proportion of wind power in clean energy is increasing.However,the integration and utilization of large-scale wind farms affect the development of wind power industry.How to use optimal dispatching to solve the above problems and how to consider the uncertainty of wind farm output in the dispatching model are important issues for optimal dispatching of wind farms and economic operation of power systems.According to the processing results of uncertain output of wind power group and the background of current power dispatching environment mechanism,the expected peak shaving model of wind-water joint short-term optimal dispatching considering uncertainties of output of wind power group is established.With the objective of minimizing the expected value of mean variance of residual load,the model is solved by commercial optimization software.The results show that the model can greatly reduce the fluctuation of output and reduce the peak load regulation pressure of the joint dispatching system of wind-water,when the generation capacity is increased as much as possible.According to the current situation of electricity market reform and the development direction of future electricity market transaction,this paper proposes an expected return model for short-term combined optimal dispatching of wind power and hydropower under the circumstance of introducing spot market.In the model,the mechanism of electricity market transaction and settlement is considered,and the weighted price,spot market price and settlement deviation price are introduced.In order to maximize the expected revenue.The results show that the model can use market and electricity price mechanism to guide joint dispatching system to optimize resource allocation and achieve optimal dispatching with maximum expected revenue.Finally,the main research contents of this paper are summarized and the problems related to this paper which need to be further studied are prospected.
