In recent years,with the rapid development of nuclear power industry in China,the autonomous design of nuclear reactor coolant pump(nuclear main pump)has become an urgent problem to be solved.Because of the strict operating conditions and long-term safe operating requirements of the nuclear main pump,its design difficulty is much higher than that of ordinary pumps.At present,China is still in its infancy in the design and manufacture of nuclear main pumps,how to develop nuclear main pump independently and realize localized design and manufacture is particularly important under the background that foreign monopolize and blockade technology.Based on the AP1000 nuclear main pump model designed by our research group,this paper studies the internal flow law of nuclear main pump,and proposes a non-fully high vane model to deal with the internal reflux phenomenon.By comparing the different structure guide vane models,the best performance of hub side vane in nuclear main pump is determined.On this basis,the influence of different height vane on the performance of nuclear main pump is studied.Finally,the 0.8h vane nuclear main pump model adopted in this paper is put forward.Firstly,the internal flow of the nuclear main pump model with three different guide vane heights was simulated,and the internal flow laws of the guide vanes of different models were summarized.Finally,the hub side half-height model was chosen as the basis for further improvement.Then,the influence of guide vane height on the performance of nuclear main pump is analyzed by calculating the hub side model of different heights,and the relative optimum model of 0.8h guide vane height is determined finally.Finally,the unsteady calculation are used to simulate the dynamic and static interference effects of the two models,and the pressure fluctuation laws in the two models are provided.
